1. General Safety Operation Rules
(1) Before starting the equipment each time, first check whether there are debris left on the equipment, such as jigs, screws, iron filings, etc., and remove all obstacles; whether there are people approaching the dangerous area; the machines must be related to each other. Contact to avoid damage to equipment or industrial accidents.
(2) After the machine is started, the operator must concentrate on his post, stick to his post, not because of production contact, do not chat with each other or read books, do not do anything that has nothing to do with his job, and he is not allowed to give the work to others without permission. It is strictly forbidden to put hands, feet and objects on the running position.
(3) The two-shift production must strictly implement the succession system. Before the last shift is off, the power supply (including lighting power) of the equipment must be cut off to extinguish the fire.
(4) When repairing, adjusting, and inspecting equipment, and removing the protective cover, the power must be shut off first. All kinds of equipment are not allowed to use beyond the limit, and driving without protection is not allowed. When power is cut off halfway, power off all equipment.
(5) When using machine equipment to operate, you must operate according to the random instruction manual, and be familiar with its equipment performance, production process requirements and equipment operation regulations. The equipment shall be operated, managed and maintained by personnel, and it is not allowed to open and move others' equipment indiscriminately.
(6) When the equipment is found to have abnormal sounds or smells during operation, it must be stopped immediately and carefully checked to find out the reason or notify the mechanic to immediately carry out emergency repairs.
(7) Check and repair machinery, when the electrical equipment is powered off, there must be a person in charge of stopping and sending power, and the power outage warning sign must be hung. Whoever hangs the power outage sign must be taken. , Confirm that no one is overhauling, and first greet Fang Zhuan to close.
(8) The workshop wires should be separated from power, production lighting, and non-production electricity. Three sets of lines should be installed. When the workshop is off work, the power switch of the power and production lighting should be cut off, and only non-production lighting should be left to prevent after work. An accident occurred due to electrical problems.
(9) All electrical appliances and metal shells of mechanical equipment must have safety measures for reliable grounding. The local lighting voltage of running lights and other machine tools must not exceed 36Vo. It is strictly forbidden to use flammable materials such as paper and cloth for the lampshade. The fuse should be installed in accordance with the safety regulations for electricity use.
(10) Combustible, conductive items, debris, wires and all energized equipment are not allowed to be stored near the power distribution room, power distribution screen and electric cabinet, and items are not allowed to be squeezed. Hang debris.
(11) Closed explosion-proof electrical lighting equipment should be installed in chemical, flammable and explosive workplaces and warehouses. Dangerous materials such as flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, etc. must be sorted and stored properly, and a special person should be assigned to manage them.
(12) Various fire-fighting equipment and tools shall be set up in full accordance with the fire-fighting specifications. They are not allowed to be used casually, and no other items shall be stacked around the place of placement.
(13) Handling equipment, raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, etc., should be handled lightly, safety first, the transportation tools must have a sufficient safety insurance factor, the goods should be stacked neatly, beautifully, firmly and reliably, and the spirit should be concentrated when handling Don't take risks. It is strictly forbidden to climb up and down from the moving motor vehicle to avoid accidents.
(14) In the event of a major accident, immediately turn off the power or cut off the source of the accident. Rescue in full time in a timely manner, the scene should be protected, and immediately report to the leadership and superior competent department.
(15) In order to ensure safe production, keep the factory area, workshop, warehouse, aisle, etc. clean and unobstructed.
(16) To do a good job in civilized production, enterprise leaders must constantly educate employees that they must consciously abide by all safety operating rules and regulations.
