4. Special attention should be paid to the cold weather, because the moisture in the air condenses on the surface of the frame, although the humidity is not high at this time, it should be dried or used in the sun after drying.
5. In rainy days or springs, the air is relatively humid. In addition to the normal handling of the frame, special attention should be paid to the dehumidification of the frame before the primer is applied. When stretching the net, a dehumidification device should be prepared or the infrared light irradiation and the fan should be used for insurance.
6. The temperature of the oven is preferably 40 ~ 45 ° C. If it exceeds 50 ° C, the viscose adhesive will start to soften and it is easy to drop the net.
7. After sticking the net with universal adhesive, it is not easy to tear the old net and stretch the net. The remaining universal adhesive on the frame is uneven, which affects the next stretch of the net.
