Projection distance calculator
Steps:
1: Please select the projector model: After some projectors are equipped with a lens, please select the corresponding projector model.
2: Select the unit of calculation: For Chinese users, it is recommended to select "unit" as "cm".
3: Select the projector location:
The projector is installed on the ceiling, please select "Top of Projection Screen".
The projector is placed on the desktop, please select "Bottom of Projection Screen".
4: Select the screen aspect ratio: It is recommended to choose "4: 3".
Note: Some projectors do not support "16: 9" and "5: 4", please refer to "Operation Manual".
5: Enter the projection distance or projection screen size:
When the distance from the projector to the projection screen is fixed and you need to calculate the applicable projection screen size, enter "projection distance" and then hit the Enter key to get the corresponding value.
When the size of the projection screen has been fixed, when calculating the distance between the projector and the projection screen, enter "Projection Screen Size" and then hit the Enter key to get the corresponding value.
Note: The projection screen size includes three parameters: diagonal, width, and length. Just enter one of the parameters.
6: By selecting the wide-angle or long-distance mode, the projection distance or the size range of the projection screen can be obtained:
Through the adjustment function of the projector lens zoom (Wide / Tele), the projection distance or projection screen size can be adjusted within a certain range for easy installation.
Note: For the projection distance or projection screen size to be calculated, a value (X1) is obtained in the "wide-angle" mode, and a value (X2) is obtained in the "distant" mode. The projection distance or the projection screen size is located in these two Between the values.
