First select the corresponding frame according to the printing size, and clean the side where the frame is bonded to the silk screen. If it is the first time to use the frame, it needs to be gently rubbed with fine sandpaper to make the surface of the frame rough. In this way, it is easy to improve the adhesion between the screen frame and the wire mesh. If the screen frame is used, it must also be cleaned with sandpaper to remove residual glue and other substances. Before the net frame is stretched, pre-coat the adhesive on the surface in contact with the silk screen and dry it before stretching the net. When the net is stretched, the net is stretched by hand or by machine. After the wire net is tightened, the wire net and the frame are tightly connected, and the wire net is in contact with the net frame. Partially apply adhesive glue, and then blow dry. Note that the adhesive should not be coated too thick or too thin. When blow drying, you can use a rubber sheet or soft cloth to wipe the adhesive part while applying a certain pressure. Make the screen and the frame more firmly bonded. After the adhesive is dry, loosen the external tension, cut off the wire mesh around the outer edge of the frame, and then use a single-sided adhesive tape to stick to the part where the wire mesh is bonded to the frame, so as to protect the wire The role of the mesh and the mesh frame can also prevent the solvent or water from dissolving the adhesive during printing to ensure the effective use of the screen printing plate. Finally, rinse the screen with clean water or cleaning agent. After the screen is dry, it can be used for photosensitive adhesive coating (plate making).
