1. 2. If there has been a discoloration of the printed matter, we should not start to conclude the problem of the printing machine itself. We should first look for the cause on the periphery of the printing machine. We should first use a magnifying glass to observe the dots on the printing plate and check it. If there has been a deformation of the dot, if it is found that the distortion of the dot has appeared on the printed version, then we should check the film to rule out the problem when the film is released.
3. After we ruled out the film problem, we should check whether there is a problem with the ink path system. To check the ink path system, we can use a very simple method. First, we use the car wash water (can add water) to thoroughly clean the ink path, after parking We should check whether there are white crystalline particles in the ink path. If we find that such a substance exists, the discoloration may be caused by the local discoloration of the printed matter produced by the crystalline substance pile. This discoloration is often more reflected. The partial color of the product is slightly discolored. After washing the car, these crystalline substances were not found. We restarted the printing machine and fired ink to each ink roller. After the ink was finished, we closed the plate ink roller and plate water roller to check whether the pressure reached the standard. If not, I suggest to readjust the pressure of all the ink rollers, which has reached a better state.
4. After there is no problem with the ink path system, we check the condition of the water path and adjust the pressure between the plate water roller, the metering roller, the water bucket roller, and the water channeling roller, especially the pressure of the middle roller. Under the condition of insufficient technology, it is best not to use the intermediate water roller in the printing process.
5. If there is no problem with the ink and ink path, we should check whether the rubber liner is standard. We recommend that the thickness of the liner should be 35 wire, the rubber cloth is preferably the brand's aluminum strip and the rubber cloth is preferably new of. It is better to re-tighten the new blanket after using it for a while.
6. If the heat still does not solve the problem of discoloration after doing this, then we may have to consider the problem of the teeth. We should clean the dental pads and the teeth, and it is best to remove the spring for cleaning. Some of our manufacturers take the lead I only know how to clean the dental pads. Check for dead teeth, use a high-efficiency rust remover like WD-40, and grease the teeth and shafts to ensure that there are no dead teeth.
7. Check the condition of the paper under the paper, which includes the adjustment of the paper wind, the flatness of the paper in the front gauge, the cooperation between the paper and the pressure plate, the operation of the conveyor belt, and so on.
8. After doing this, we can try printing. During the printing, we better choose better coated paper for printing, to avoid the impact of paper problems on us. For thin paper, we should try to open the air volume as small as possible, and for thick paper, we should open it appropriately.
