Water-based printing ink and its manufacturing method: It is prepared by three steps: preparing acrylic resin, pigments, auxiliaries, water and very few alcohols (≤ 5%) through three steps of preparing the grinding resin, preparing the backup color paste and formulating the ink. By adding cross-linking agents and auxiliaries, the water resistance, dry and wet friction resistance and adhesion of the ink layer are improved, and the water-dispersing acrylic resin dispersing pigments and the hydrophobic floating liquid for adjusting the rheology and coating film resistance are selected and the drying is adjusted. The non-film-forming water-emulsifying emulsion is compounded and the trial-printed water-based ink has a printing speed of 40-60 m/min. Water-based ink has fast drying speed, good adhesion, good water resistance, dry and wet friction, and is especially suitable for surface printing of plastic film (polyethylene, polypropylene) for food packaging.
