The choice of solvent should consider the low cost, no chemical reaction with other ingredients, non-toxic and tasteless. In this product, white oil and polysiloxane (206) were chosen as the solvent. Its main function is to improve the atomization effect and increase the penetration and infiltration of wax into the leather. The amount of solvent has a certain influence on the product performance. If the amount is too large, the drying time is too long, which affects the use effect of shoe oil aerosol. With other factors fixed, the effect of solvent dosage on product performance is shown in the table. 3 shows.
As can be seen from Table 3, when the amount of solvent is less than 10%, the product atomization condition is not ideal, and when the amount of solvent is too large, the drying time is too long to use and is inconvenient. Therefore, the amount of solvent used is 10% to 15%. More appropriate.
2.1.4 Influence of propellant content on product The type and content of propellant also have a certain influence on the product performance. The content of propellant is high, the internal pressure of the container is too large, and it is easy to explode, and the brightener content in atomized particles is lean and influences the use. Effect; Too little propellant content may result in poor atomization, which can easily block the valve and cause uneven spraying. The influence of the propellant content on the atomization effect is shown in Table 4.

2.2 Product practicality safety evaluation 2.2.1 The practical performance test will be made of PW-composite shoe oil aerosol according to the above formula randomly selected 5 British aerosol products Aliant and domestic paste shoe polish in the use of performance For comparison, the results are shown in Tables 6 and 7.

This product and various types of products comparison test results show that this product and British products Alicomt atomization performance is better, easy operation and use, no pollution. This product is superior to creamy shoe polish and British Ali-camt in terms of brightness and abrasion resistance, domestic paste shoe polish has good effect on rubbing resistance and lightness, but it is cumbersome to use, polluting, and extremely inconvenient.
2.2.2 Safety Evaluation To ensure the safety and stability of the product during storage and transportation, the corrosion resistance, leakage, maximum internal pressure, heat and cold stability and impact of the product according to the method in 2.4 Fall test is carried out for inspection. See Table 8 for the situation.

The test results show that PW-shoe oil mist is stable, safe and reliable, and has good storage stability. It can be used as a commodity circulation product.
3 Conclusion a. The ratio between the components in the product has a great influence on the brightness, abrasion resistance and atomization of the product. After orthogonal experiments, the best formula is: hard wax 2%, soft wax 15% , Solvents 10% to 15%, propellants 60% to 70%;
b. The performance of PW-shoe oil mist agent is superior to that of cream shoe polish in that it has the advantages of convenience, high efficiency, strong light, long-lasting, and no pollution.
c. The safety inspection shows that the product is stable, safe and reliable in conformity with the storage and transportation requirements.
