Determination of Material Selection and Size Distance of Screen Printing Screen

The silk screen frame is usually made of aluminum or wood, and the screen is fixed on the frame. The size of the frame depends on the size of the printed pattern. At both ends along the squeegee, the pattern is generally from 60mm to 100mm. In order to place the ink, the screen can have sufficient elasticity when the squeegee is run on the stencil. Before and after the inner circumference of the frame, generally about 20mm away from the pattern.

There should be a distance of about 0.5mm to 2mm between the screen and the print, depending on the printing area and the tightness of the mesh. If the screen and the print have no space or are too solid, it will make the squeegee after printing. The screen cannot be bounced in time. The printed part is only detached from the screen when the pattern is printed. The lines of the pattern are prone to fluffing (pulling) and even vague (impervious) flaws. At the same time, the screen is used. The sparse density has a lot to do with the quality of the printed pattern. It depends on the requirements of the printing pattern.
