On the other hand, prepress service providers have reason to expect electronic document drafters to provide reasonable RIP time to run. Not all electronic document drafters know how to fully establish a print job that can achieve effective output standards, and also consider printing requirements. At the same time, they do not know the characteristics of the final file output device. Similarly, although designers may have a good understanding of design principles such as balance, color, consistency, margin, and proportion, they may not necessarily be familiar with technical issues such as overprinting. Therefore, pre-press inspections should normally be handled by professionals.

It is necessary to establish communication channels between customers who wish to easily export electronic documents and printers who wish to have complete and correct electronic documents. This is especially true when it comes to the time and money spent on the proper output of India. Who is responsible for file correction? Who will pay for the inspection? Since formal preflight inspections take a lot of time, in some cases, customers may be willing to pay for such services.

However, the preflight check should not begin until the customer has delivered the disk. Some prepress inspections should start from the customer's establishment of electronic documents. As part of the preflight inspection results, the customer should provide a proofing proof with the printed electronic document. At the very least, a reminder sheet should accompany the electronic document, reminding the prepress reviewer of the entire page layout. Documents related to character information and other related documents.

Passing the file on what medium should ensure that the file format you are transferring is compatible with the computer system, and that the actual design, color correction, page numbering, and output can be accomplished in the computer system. Make sure your disk is protected and only the files needed to deliver the file output. Do not use the only copy of your file for delivery, because readable and writable media (such as optical, tape, ZIP, JAZ) are prone to unpredictable errors, so it is best to format the media before copying the file. Then copy the disk, and then pass it to the prepress service provider.


Is the page number setting appropriate?

Load your electronic file in the file format requested by the prepress service provider or printer. If the prepress service provider or printer has requested that your documents be delivered in a file format that they can accept, you should not pass files in formats such as EPS. If you are preparing an electronic document, you should confirm that you have saved all images and printed documents in a file format that can be used by prepress service providers or printers, and provide their original copies and edited copies. This may still be found on a computer monitor when an image or printed document is lost, but it will be output at a low resolution, which may appear somewhat distorted or distorted. The printed document should also be placed in the same subdirectory as the application document, so that it is established that all the printed images in the page layout document have been established.

The use of error-prone file formats such as PICT and WMF should be avoided in the output. Otherwise, even if the file is correct, there may still be problems with converting the format. For those files that have been in FPO or OPI/APR format, if the DCS printing format is used, all five images (yellow, blue, black, and composite color images) should be provided. In preflight inspection or prepress service provider's requirements, it should be indicated which low resolution images need to be replaced with high resolution versions.
