SINERGIA: Integrated Stretch Blow Molding Machine

The Italian SIG Group, which has expertise and production experience, has recently developed the SINERGIA stretch blow molding machine, which has been put on the market. According to reports, SINERGIA is an integrated stretch blow-fill-seal machine, demonstrating the results of the collaboration between SIG and SIMONAZZI and CORPORLAST. It utilizes the principle of a single supply, using SIG's BLOMAX series blow molding machines, SIG SIMONAZZI STILLJET fillers, and double-cover feeding cappers, all of which are integrated in a single unit, eliminating the need for conveyor belts or washing machines. In addition, SINERGIA has two options for buffers and direct transmission systems based on different requirements for speed, space and capacity. The buffer allows the device to empty all bottles when it is stopped, and to connect the labeler if necessary. The device's direct delivery system uses a star wheel to transfer packages between devices.
