The Tooheys brewery used the Allen Brodley Controllogix filling line to upgrade the existing PLC production line in order to meet the long-term development goals. Tooheys' Controllogix includes information highway ports and Ethernet ports, primarily as an on-line PLC access. The Controllogix implementation of the testing process was performed through MAR's Ethernet LAN. Silverwater staff worked together to install the PLC on a new control panel and the equipment was thoroughly tested before being shipped to the site for installation.
