Contiroll labeler operating principle This labeling machine is a continuous operation of the device can automatically adjust the container's inlet and outlet flow conditions. The containers conveying the fruit material from the inlet conveyor belt are separated by the inlet screw by a certain distance in accordance with the pitch of the inlet starwheel, and then the inlet starwheel conveys the containers to the container turntable. When the container is fixed to the middle holder and the bottle holder, the container starts to rotate.
The speed of the indexing roller can be adjusted according to the required length of the tag to ensure continuous tag pull. The standard cross roller device ensures optimal feeding of the label film. Computer-controlled servomotors provide the correct position for the label cutting. At the same time, the independent heating of the rotary drum can ensure the correct cutting.
The glue roller applies hot glue strips only to the leading and trailing edges of the label, so that the glue consumption is lowest.
