Recently, I received a notebook from a customer. After removing the hard drive, I discovered it was a Seagate ultra-thin model. The hard drive belongs to the Thin series, with the model number ST320LT007 and firmware version 0004LVM1.
Failure Description:
The customer mentioned that due to some excitement, he accidentally hit the keyboard of the notebook with his hand. Shortly after, the system crashed with a blue screen, then failed to restart. The display showed an error message indicating that the hard drive could not be detected. He realized it was just a physical impact. Since the customer had previously recovered data from Darth Data Recovery, he immediately sent the notebook to us for further assistance.
Data Recovery Process:
