4. Operation steps of constant temperature water tank:
1. Add liquid medium into the tank, the liquid level of the liquid medium should not be lower than 20mm on the worktable.
2. Selection of liquid medium:
A. At room temperature + 8 ℃, the liquid medium generally uses pure water.
B. When the working temperature is 80 ℃ -90 ℃, the liquid medium is generally a mixture of water and oil.
C. When the working temperature is above 95 ℃, the liquid medium is generally oil, and the flash point value of the oil should be higher than the working temperature by 15 ℃.
(Note that the working temperature here refers to the temperature that the liquid medium in the tank will reach.)
3. Connection of circulating pump: (Note: some models do not have this function).
A. For the connection of the internal circulation pump, connect the water outlet and the water inlet with a hose (randomly equipped with a hose).
B. The external circulation pump is used for external circulation connection. Connect the water outlet to the tank outer tank inlet with a hose, and connect the water inlet to the tank outer tank outlet.
4. If the working temperature is> 100 ℃, it is recommended to use metal pipe or high temperature resistant silicone pipe for the connecting pipe.
5. Plug in the power supply, turn on the "power" switch, and turn on the "cycle" switch. (Note: The switch is on the back of the instrument)
6. The operation of the instrument is as follows:

B. Temperature setting:
Press the setting function key to enter the temperature setting value setting state. The last digit of the set value flashes. At this time, the measurement shows the liquid in the current tank The temperature of the medium, after which the software enters an automatic control state. The set working temperature should be higher than the indoor temperature + 8 ℃.
7. Correction of measured value temperature and actual temperature:
Press the setting function key for about 5 seconds, the upper window displays "PASS", then press the plus key to enter the password "0001", and press the setting function key again to enter the actual correction state, then the upper window displays "SC" If the temperature is too high, press the plus key, if the temperature is low, press the minus key. After the correction is complete, press the set function key for about 5 seconds to exit. Experiments or tests can be carried out when the measured value reaches a stable temperature for a period of time.
V. Precautions for use:
1. Liquid medium should be added to the tank before use. (Note: The liquid must not contain acids or alkalis).
2. The power of the power supply must be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument. The power supply must have a good "ground" device. Use voltage according to technical parameter table.
3. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, with a distance of 300mm away from obstacles on the back and sides.
4. After use, all switches are turned off and unplugged.
