The active ingredient in the adhesive is a macromolecular ester which can be dissolved under acidic conditions. Industrial acids contain sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, which are highly corrosive and potentially dangerous to equipment and cleaning personnel, while the common beverage cola just helps us.
Coke contains carbonic acid (weak acid) and phosphoric acid (strong acid), which will not corrode metal equipment and will not cause harm to people, but it will hydrolyze the adhesive on the nozzle for a long time. The specific approach is as follows.
(1) After the spraying operation is finished, rinse the equipment with water for 1 minute;
(2) Remove the nozzle and use a half bottle of cola to soak the nozzle for more than half an hour;
(3) Remove the nozzle, rinse it with water for 1 minute, and blow dry with an air gun.
This method is worry-free and worth promoting.
