RT-PCR method to detect the expression of cell signaling inhibitory factor-1 (SOCS-1) mRNA in myeloid leukemia
In order to study the expression of cell signaling inhibitory factor (SOCS-1) in peripheral blood of patients with acute and chronic myeloid leukemia and explore its clinical significance, RT-PCR was used to detect SOCS in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with acute and chronic leukemia -1 mRNA expression and analyzed its expression with the condition of all patients.
