1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, and storage of cold high-strength and quick-drying starch adhesives.
This standard is applicable to cold high-strength and quick-drying starch adhesives used for cartons bonding, which is prepared by oxidizing, gelatinizing and bringing together starch as a main ingredient. (hereinafter referred to as adhesive)

Note: The raw materials used for corrugated paper should meet the requirements of GB6544 No. 1.3.1.
3.4 Adhesive used corrugated board The amount of adhesive used for the three-layer corrugated board is not more than 120g per square meter.
4 Test methods 4.1 Inspection of appearance with sensory test 4.2 Test of physical and chemical indicators 4.2.1 Determination of total alkali amount 4.2.1.1 Raw volume:
The binder was titrated with a hydrochloric acid standard solution using phenolphthalein as an indicator, and the solution changed from red to colorless as the end point.
4.2.1.2 Reagents and solutions a. Phenolphthalein indicator, 10g/L prepared according to GB603.
b. Hydrochloric acid standard solution, c(Hcl) = 0.5 moI/L.
4.2.1.3 Test procedure Take sample 10g, (accuracy 0.0002g) set 25ml flask, add 100ml distilled water, drop 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, shake, with hydrochloric acid standard solution to the end of the disappearance of red, with x% The total alkali amount is calculated according to Formula 1.
x%=cv0.0400/m×100......

The volume of hydrochloric acid standard solution was consumed in v-titration, ml.
M-sample quality, g.
0.0400 - The mass of sodium hydroxide per ml of hydrochloric acid, g.
4.2.2 Determination of density According to the provisions of GB4472 4.2.3 Determination of viscosity According to GB1723 Tu-4 viscometer law provisions.
4.2.4 Determination of bonding time 4.2.4.1 Glued cardboard Take over 250g/m2 of cardboard paper for veneer paper, cut into 50mm wide, 1000mm long paper, take high-strength corrugated cardboard 180g/m2 cut to a width of 50mm, A 1300 mm long paper strip was processed to a width of 50 mm long and 1000 mm wide corrugated cardboard at a carton production scale according to a 30% shrinkage rate. The adhesive was then applied at a dose of no more than 120 g per 1 m 2 , and then the adhesion speed was measured.
4.2.4.2 Determination of Time of Destruction of Fibers Cardboard coating adhesives are timed with a stopwatch. After 20 seconds, they are peeled off by hand. Each time 5S is peeled off, each peeling is performed one time, and each peeling length is 50mm. When it is time to destroy the fiber.
4.2.4.3 Determination of initial tack time After the fiber to be bonded is destroyed by the fiber, it is peeled once every 10 seconds and each time is stripped to a length of 50mm. The tackiness of the place to be bonded is all from the time required to bond the cardboard to the required time.
4.2.4.4 Determination of the total sticking time After the initial sticking, continue to peel, strip once every 1min, each time 50mm, until the adhesive is completely bonded, and do not open the adhesive from the adhesive cardboard to the time required at this time, that is, the whole Sticky time.
4.3 Adhesion performance test 4.3.1 Bond strength test According to GB6548 regulations 4.3.2 Side pressure strength test According to GB6546 regulations 4.3.3 Break strength test According to GB6545 regulations 4.4 The amount of adhesive used First Weigh the 2m2 corrugated paperboard on the scale with 5g weight, then adjust the time on the equipment, start weighing the glue immediately after glueing, calculate the usage (X), g/m2 Formula 2 calculation.
X=m2-m1/S
Where: m2-total mass after bonding, g;
M1 - mass before bonding, g;
S-corrugated board area, m2.
5 Inspection Rules 5.1 The adhesive must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department and attached with the certificate before leaving the factory.
5.2 factory inspection for appearance properties, viscosity.
5.3 type test is the entire content of this standard.
5.4 Type test should be carried out in one of the following situations:
a. timing of new product test development;
b. Normal production no less than once a year;
c. When production is suspended for one year and resumed production;
d. When there are major changes in the raw materials and processes of the products, which may affect the quality of the products;
e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection and the last type inspection result;
f. When the quality supervision department puts forward the type inspection requirements.
5.5 The same feed is a batch.
5.6 The sample is randomly sampled, the total sample size is not less than 1kg, and the average sample is tested after uniform mixing. Store in a jar with a ground cover.
5.7 Sampling quantity according to Table 3

Number of containers Sample number 10-30 3 31-64 4 65-125 5

5.8 sampling should be implemented according to the relevant provisions of GB3723.
5.9 Inspection results If one of the inspection results does not comply with the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be performed from the product, and the re-inspection shall be conducted for the unqualified items. If there is still one unqualified item, the batch of adhesive shall be judged to be unqualified.
6 signs, packaging, transport and storage 6.1 logo adhesive packaging should be marked product name, factory name, site, net quality, implementation of standards, production date, shelf life, the main ingredients. And should have the provisions of GB190.
6.2 Transportation, storage Storage and transportation should be covered with canopy, rainproof, sunscreen, antifreeze, and the shelf life is half a month.
