The ink supply stamping device of the screen printing machine is mainly composed of an ink supply device and an imprinting device. The ink supply device includes a closed type ink fountain. Two eccentric shafts are respectively arranged at two sides of the lower part of the ink fountain bracket. The eccentric shaft and the outer wall of the ink fountain are in close contact with each other. An opening is provided at the bottom of the ink fountain to be connected with the transmission mechanism. The ink roller, ink supply roller and ink fountain inner wall cooperate. The imprinting device includes an embossing roller disposed on the ink fountain holder through a roller shaft, and the position of the embossing roller is disposed below the ink supply roller and tightly cooperates with the ink supply roller.
