Ink delivery system

The G-Net developed by Graymills of the United States is an automatic ink delivery and cleaning system, which is characterized by computer-controlled ink transfer pump speed, direction and system flushing. The G-Net system's pump is operated by a single motor. The entire system can be linked directly to the output by a central PLC-driven computer running the press. When the printing of the print is completed, the ink in the ink tank is sucked back into the ink tank, and then the water rinse cycle is started to perform automatic flushing. After flushing, flush the flushing water from the fountain. The above-mentioned ink delivery and flushing can be automatically controlled by a computer, and the operation is convenient, time-saving, and labor-saving. The G-Net system can also be customized for printer manufacturers.
