2. Sheung Shui operation is not standardized

The method of operation on the water has a great influence on how much the water roller flannel ink sticks. Because the velvet is made of fiber, although it is degreased, it still has two characteristics of oleophilic and hydrophilic. If the ink is adhered first, it is not easy to stick water, so it is necessary to avoid the sticking of the water roller after sticking the ink first during the operation.

Before the new water roll is on the machine, many experienced operators will wipe it with a damp cloth. On the one hand to make it enough water, on the other hand to wipe off the surface of the fiber fluff off, so as to prevent sticking ink and hair loss are beneficial.

Now the general operation method is to allow the machine to operate after the new water roller is installed on the machine, and then add water to the water roller. The water supply should be as much as possible. The new water roller is most likely to avoid closing the printing plate without the water, causing the ink roll to drop and causing the upper part to become dirty and paste, and the pile cover has been glued with ink, and it is difficult to put water on it. If you feel that the new water roller is not sure when it is idling, you can drop the water roller first and then manually drop the ink roller. Observe the layout. If the water on the layout is too small, immediately lift the ink roller and add water. specification.

3. Bad plate liner

Some ink-jet rollers of offset printing machines have a serious problem of sticking ink on both ends. Some people think that the two rollers are emulsified by the ink on the ink roller. However, careful observation shows that it is actually caused by bad printing plate gaskets.

If the plate under the liner paper and plate the same size. When washing, squeegeeing, etc., the liner is soaked with water. After soaking, the paper will distort and expand, virtually increasing the pressure between the printing plate and the water roller. In severe cases, the water roller flannel will be crushed and the pressure between the same series of water rollers will be lost and water can not be transferred normally. Instead, it will stick to ink.

If the liner paper under the plate is much shorter than the plate, the pressure between the two ends of the plate and the water roller will be lost, and the water roller will not be in contact with the ink. Both ends will stick to ink, and the ink will gradually build up thick. In the end, these accumulated inks come into contact with the water roller, which causes the ink sticking on both sides of the water roller to stick to the ink, and gradually expands toward the middle, affecting the water delivery. As a result, the viscous ink on both sides of the printing plate is also enlarged, resulting in a vicious cycle, so that both ends of the blanket and the impression cylinder are also filled with ink, and the double color machine will produce a color mixing failure.

Therefore, we should pay attention to the length of the liner in the printing plate. The plate length of the general J2108 offset press is 940mm, and the length of the liner is 920-930mm. Leakage liners with damaged ends or immersed in water should be promptly replaced.

4. The nature of fountain solution

The fountain solution in the bucket is not tap water, but a certain percentage of water and phosphate. Chromate, formulated with a certain amount of hydrophilic colloids. Since the new fountain solution has a 50% reduction in surface tension compared to the chromic acid red solution used in the past, the best wetting and penetration effects can be achieved, and at the same time, the surfactant can have a strong detergency.
