Junjia will introduce the JJ-CFM3000 three-layer coextrusion casting line at this new product launch. The production line adopts the Belgium VERBRUGGEN oil cooling automatic die to improve the quality of the product and the service life of the equipment; the US NDC infrared thickness gauge effectively tracks and controls the horizontal and vertical thickness uniformity of the product; Danish VETAPHONE corona machine The problem of corona on the reverse side of the substrate in the production of casting equipment was solved; the German HAHL casting roll and cooling roll were also used in the production line. This configuration has made improvements in terms of overall design in terms of fog uniformity and balance of cooling effect uniformity in domestic casting machines, which has greatly improved the stability and running speed of the equipment. The speed control of the production line adopts a second-stage closed-loop speed control mode, which is controlled by Siemens S7, 300 series PLCs, PROFIBUS bus connection, double machine interface display, and achieves the effects of high-speed control and precise synchronization.

In September last year, the company's new plant, which covers an area of ​​more than 30,000 square meters, was formally put into operation, marking the completion of another large-scale casting equipment production base in China. Mr. Deng Deming, the marketing manager of the company, introduced that after the new plant is put into production, it will have an annual production capacity of more than 100 sets of casting equipment and an output value of 300 million yuan.
