Creo Announces New Press Workflow

Recently, Creo released the Synapse NewsManager workflow, a new PDF workflow for newspaper printers, providing a comprehensive and automatic prepress solution. Synapse NewsMAnager is the new development of Creon's existing press workflow management system Prinergy Prinergy and Prinergy Newsrun.

The workflow will provide newspaper manufacturers with greater automation and will expand Creo's open solutions to make it suitable for larger, multi-site printing operations. It can help operators efficiently manage and track all digital documents from layout to platemaking in a single platform or remote multi-platform environment. In the PDF workflow, newspaper printers can use an optimized standard internal file format, while retaining the flexibility of later modification, regardless of what proofing equipment and printing technology, can obtain high quality unresolved Rate affected products.
