Important Notes:
1. Always prepare a standard curve during each test, and it's recommended to run duplicate wells. If the concentration of the substance in your sample is too high (OD value exceeds that of the first standard well), dilute the sample before testing. When calculating results, multiply by the total dilution factor (×n×5).
2. The sealing film is for single-use only to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Keep the substrate away from light.
4. Follow the instructions carefully. All results should be based on readings from a microplate reader.
