Guangdong ink production accounted for three points in the world

According to statistics released recently by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, the largest ink production in August 2007 was in Guangdong Province, with a production volume of 1,1977 tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%, which accounted for nearly 34% of the national ink production; followed by Zhejiang. The province was 4,955 tons, an increase of 9.5% year-on-year; Shanghai was 4,492 tons, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%.

The highest increase in ink production in August 2007 was in Shandong Province, where the ink production increased by 215.3% year-on-year, leading the increase in the ranking of several ink provinces.

From the January to August 2007 cumulative ink production, the cumulative production of Shanghai ink was 36,529 tons, a year-on-year increase of 25.1%, ranking sixth in the year-on-year increase. The cumulative production of ink in Henan Province was 7,055 tons, a year-on-year increase of 28.3%, ranking fourth in the year-on-year increase.
