Function and function introduction:

The device is used to determine the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the material pair. It is a new type of teaching experimental equipment specially developed for the "Testing of dynamic and static friction coefficient of materials" in the undergraduate "Experimental Mechanics" and "Basic Mechanics Experiment" courses. Specially prepared supporting experimental materials. The device has been used for four years in the "moving and static friction factor measurement experiment of materials", with nearly 900 students per year (including 17 classes in the Department of Functional Materials, 10 classes in mechanics), and the actual use effect is good.

The teaching device is designed directly according to scientific principles, and has the characteristics of simple structure, novel design, convenient operation, intuitiveness and accurate measurement. The high-precision tensile pressure sensor is used to measure the critical friction force and the dynamic friction force. The measurement data is visually displayed by the digital meter and transmitted to the computer through the serial interface, which facilitates the timely and accurate processing of the experimental data. The friction coefficient experimental device combines mechanical principles, mechanical structure, sensor technology, signal processing technology and other advanced technologies to solve the problem of the lack of teaching methods for the determination of friction coefficient for a long time. There is no report about similar experimental devices in China. Has a good promotion and application prospects.
